30-Day Notice Registration must be in our office 30 days prior to start date! Please do not fax.

Type of Training Training is tribal. (If the training is tribal, the participants are not required to pay the $20.00 fee.)
Training is held at a technology center that is going to enroll participants and charge the $20.00 fee. (If the technology center does not want to enroll and charge at least a $20.00 fee, the participants will need to enroll through OU Registration and Records.)
