These advisors are available to observe the CDA candidate for final review before the direct assessment application is mailed to the Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition for further processing. A CDA observation is a FREE service offered to a CDA candidate who works in a licensed child care center, Head Start or a family child care home. Locate an advisor who is available in the region in which you work and use the phone number listed to schedule an appointment.
