First Aid/CPR DOES NOT count toward meeting the clock hours for this certificate.
You do not need to submit training documentation unless the training does not appear on your Registry training list, and it has been two full weeks since the training was completed. If you need to submit your certificate, you can email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact the approved training sponsor directly to request that they add it.
College Courses do not count towards any Certificate of Achievement.
Each class can only be counted once to meet the 30 clock hours.
For your first Certificate of Achievement, we will look back 5 years for approved training. For all subsequent Certificates, we will look back 12 months from the application date for approved training.
